Worked in software delivery for over 30 years, as an assembler programmer in British Airways then in Investment banking as a developer, tech lead, manager, architect, scrum master. After that he moved to the public sector and held senior roles in uk.gov GDS programmes.
He has been engaged with agile and lean software delivery principles since their inception.
