Global survey: Deliberately Adaptive Organisation, mini edition

The full 35-prompt version of the assessment tool that is previewed here was developed for the Agendashift Academy's Leading with Outcomes module Adaptive Organisation: Business agility at every scale. This 12-prompt mini assessment powers one of three global surveys that you can try here:

Preliminaries:

• Over four short pages you will be scoring a total of twelve prompts (three per page) on a scale of 1-4
• Before you begin, think about the all organisational scopes (possibly plural) on whose behalf you might wish to respond
• As you score each prompt, try to answer for all of those scopes; where that is difficult, answer for the scope or scopes you most strongly identify with
• On a final review page that brings all your scores together, you will have 6 stars to spend across 3-6 prompts, identifying those prompts you think should be given further consideration

• You are kindly requested by your survey administrator to provide your name
• Email (required)
• Your name and email address may be added to Agendashift and Agendashift Academy mailing lists (we do this only for public surveys)
