I have been an executive coach, programme and project manager since 1994, initially acting as a arbitrator in IT Disputes and a Business Turnaround consultant. A member of the Lean Institute since 1990's, I became involved in Agile Project management as an extension to the Lean coaching.
I first came across Mike Burrows and his coaching about 10 years ago and I fully endorse and coach his courses and have created a new coaching practice called The Agile Listening Project that encourages all project members to learn how to Listen properly, respect each other and form Wholehearted entities.
