Resources: The Agendashift Experiment A3 template
Yes we know... there are as many (if not more) A3 templates as there are Lean consultants! Ours takes inspiration from Lean Startup and Cynefin and is the one described in chapter 4 of Agendashift: Outcome-oriented change and continuous transformation and mentioned in chapter 5 of Right to Left: The digital leader’s guide to Lean and Agile.
The Agendashift Experiment A3 template features in all of our longer workshops. For some more specific training, it’s a highlight of one of our short workshops, Probe! Stories, Hypotheses, Challenges, and Experiments.
